Orientation Meetings
Massachusetts
We kindly request that all new prospective adoptive parents attend an orientation meeting. It provides you with an overview of the adoption process as well as all of the risks that are involved.
Orientation Meetings are held every other Wednesday night at our Brookline office from 6-8pm. Please call (617) 731-0798 to sign up as there is limited space available. There is no fee to attend this meeting.

Connecticut
Cara Cassella, the CT Director, will be leading the meetings. Please call either (800) 888-9812 or (860) 510-0807 to register. There is no fee to attend this meeting. Please call by 5 p.m. the night before the scheduled date of meeting. Registration is required.

West Hartford -@ the West Hartford Public Library, 6:30-8:30

Maine

TBA Bernie Gatchell, our Board Chairman, and Jeff Levy, one of our social workers, will lead the meeting.

- We are in the process of organizing orientation meetings in other states...but for now, please feel free to call the office and speak to someone over the phone with any questions and to get an overview of the program.

Intake Meetings
- Individual intake meetings are held in Brookline, MA and are scheduled after your application is received. Please call the office once you have received the Intake Package.
- Meeting times are available between 9am-4pm.
- Meetings are approximately 1 hour.
- There is no fee for this meeting.
- Phone intake meetings available to people who live far away from our main office! Please call to set up an appointment.
PTAG Meetings (Parent Travel Advisory Group)
These meetings are so graciously held by families who have previously traveled to China to adopt their child! They volunteer their time to help to-be-adoptive parents gain some insight on what to expect while on the adoption trip.
